WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I HAVE A TICKET AND WANT TO COME IN 2021?
 

You don’t have to do anything: your ticket remains valid on the new date: Saturday 9th of October 2021!
I HAVE A SATURDAY TICKET, BUT WANT TO COME TO THE FRIDAY TOO! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
All Saturday ticketholders will be able to upgrade to a weekend ticket, allowing access on both days for just €19,95. All ticketholders will be contacted via email. If you choose to upgrade, your original Saturday ticket will be canceled. You will receive a new ticket after your purchase. Please note that you won't be able to resell your ticket to somebody else anymore.


I’M NOT SURE IF I CAN COME TO THE FESTIVAL IN OCTOBER 2021. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
 

No worries, you will be able to request a credit voucher that can be used until the end of 2022. This voucher allows you to buy a ticket to the festival until 2022 (or any other product such as drink tokens). This voucher will be worth the same value as the tickets you've bought. All ticketholders will be contacted via email shortly.


WHEN WILL THIS VOUCHER OPTION BE AVAILABLE?

 

All ticket buyers will receive all necessary info by email. Important: all info will be sent to the email address of the original ticket buyer!


I BOUGHT A TICKET VIA TICKETSWAP, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You don’t have to do anything: your ticket remains valid on the new date: Saturday 9 October 2021! You will also be able to request a credit voucher, in case you’re not able to attend the new date. All ticketholders will be contacted via email shortly.


I PURCHASED ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS SUCH AS DRINK TOKENS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?


Your drink tokens remain valid on the new date!  

 

UNTIL WHEN CAN I USE THIS VOUCHER?
 

You will be able to use the value of the voucher to buy tickets (or any other products) until 31/12/2022.

I CAN'T FIND MY TICKET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
 

Please visit https://consumer.paylogic.nl/tickets/ to retrieve your tickets. 

DO I NEED TO PERSONALISE MY TICKETS?

Yes, no personalisation = no ticket. Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you will be sent an email with a personalisation link. Once you’ve personalised your tickets, you will be able to download your tickets to enter the event. The deadline is 9 October 2021 - 21h00. Can’t find your personalisation link? WHAT ARE RAVE ROUBLES?


Rave Roubles are the currency under the form of drinks tokens accepted for payment of drinks at Rave Rebels. In exchange for the set amount of tokens at the event Rave Roubles are accepted as full method of payment between the holder of the tokens and the organiser of Rave Rebels, Unfinished Sympathy BV.

General

These conditions are based on the Ministerial Decision of 19 March 2020 (including the amendments made on 7 April 2020). The Ministerial Decision lays down rules regarding refunds and vouchers for events that have been rescheduled or cancelled due to the measures taken against the spread of the Coronavirus. This agreement can be found here: Ministerial Decision of 19 March 2020.

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the sale of tickets that provide access to the event Rave Rebels from Unfinished Sympathie BV to the holder of (a) ticket(s) (hereinafter: “Customer”). Any “Add-ons”, such as tokens and merchandise, are not covered by these terms and conditions. For these Add-ons, the original terms and conditions of sale apply in full.

The choice made by the Customer is binding and applies to all tickets of the original order. The Customer’s choice replaces c.q. modifies the existing agreement between Unfinished Sympathy BV and the Customer.


ARTICLE 1: IN CASE THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO GET A VOUCHER

In case an event that could not take place due to the Corona-crisis is rescheduled within two years of the original date or an activity with the same essential characteristics is organised during this period, the Customer may choose a voucher.

The existing agreement between The Unfinished Sympathy BV and the Customer regarding the original order will be amended by this choice. The Customer agrees that his/her original order will be cancelled and that his/her right to access the event in question lapse. The Customer also agrees that as a result of this choice his/her right to get a refund of the amount paid for the original entrance ticket will lapse. The Customer agrees to receive a voucher.

The voucher will be sent with a voucher code to the email address with which the original purchase was made.

No fee will be charged for the delivery of the voucher.

The voucher states that it was delivered as a result of the Corona-crisis.

The value (credit) of the voucher includes the full value of the amount paid for the original entrance ticket.

The value of the voucher can be used to purchase a product of Unfinished Sympathy BV for a period of two years from the date of the original event. The Customer will not be charged any surcharge for attending the new event.

In case Customer does not redeem the vouchers within this two year period, Customer will lose the (remaining) value it has. Unfinished Sympathy BV can not be asked to pay out this value in cash.

If the voucher value is not sufficient for the new order, the difference will have to be paid by the Customer. If the voucher value is greater than the new order, the balance will be paid out as a new voucher to the Customer.

If a partial donation is chosen by the Customer, the voucher value will be reduced by the amount resulting from the donated percentage of the original voucher value as indicated by the Customer. For example: in case the Customer donates 50% of the original voucher value of 100 EUR, the Customer will receive 50 EUR credit on the voucher.

ARTICLE 2: IN CASE THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES A REFUND

The Customer has the right to request a refund, only when he/she delivers proof that he/she is prevented from attending the event on the new date, or if the event does not take place at all. The holder of the ticket must provide the organiser with a document proving that, for reasons beyond his control, he/she is unable to attend the new date of the new event. The holder of the ticket must inform the organiser of this within a reasonable period of time from the moment he/she was informed of the new date by the organiser. In case the Customer is eligible to receive a refund, the organiser will refund his/her tickets within a reasonable period of time.

 Ticket Upgrade

ARTICLE 3: IN CASE THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES A TICKET UPGRADE

All customers that are holding a ticket for Saturday 9 October are able to upgrade their ticket to a weekend ticket, allowing access on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 October for 19,95 EUR. In order to validate a weekend ticket, a valid Saturday ticket barcode must be provided. In case the customer bought a weekend ticket without having a valid Saturday ticket barcode, the weekend ticket will be cancelled. The customer will receive a voucher instead, which includes the value of the amount paid for the weekend ticket. There will be no refunds.
